Gastonia Warehouse — 40-Camera CCTV System
The problem
A Gastonia warehouse operator had an existing wireless camera system that dropped offline regularly. Three loading dock entries had no coverage. A large portion of the truckyard was a blind spot. Interior cameras competed with Wi-Fi from barcode scanners and warehouse devices.
What we built
40 wired IP cameras on dedicated Cat 6 runs from a head-end rack. Full perimeter coverage, all four building entries, both loading docks, interior warehouse floor, and the full truckyard including previously uncovered sections. Dedicated network segment for cameras, fully separated from the production Wi-Fi. Remote viewing from any phone or browser.
The result
Zero camera dropouts since install. Within two weeks, the client pulled four-angle footage on a loading dock incident in under two minutes.
