NCT Remote Support

Our own remote support app. Run it and an NCT technician can see your screen and work on your computer with you, on our own private server.

Windows installer. Run it, then read your technician the ID and password shown in the app.

For managed clients only. Enrols this computer into NCT's monitoring and patching — this is not needed for a one-off support session.

Run as administrator. Only install this if your NCT technician asked you to.
